We would like to invite everyone to our 2018 Lincoln-Reagan Day Event on Friday, February 2nd, 2018.  This event is our main fundraiser for the year in which we get the vital funding that we need to support our Lancaster County Republican Candidates. 

We are excited that U.S. Senator Deb Fischer will be our featured guest and keynote speaker at the Lincoln Country Club.

A lifelong Nebraskan, Senator Fischer was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2012.  She has served Nebraskans well by championing an agenda that strengthens families, economic growth, and national security in Congress.  She currently serves on a variety of Committees.  She serves on the Armed Services and Commerce Committees, and sits on the Committee on Environment and Public Works and the Special Committee on Aging.  She was just recently appointed to the Senate Agriculture Committee.  Senator Fischer is also a member of Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell’s leadership team, serving as counsel to the Majority Leader as well as a member of Senator John Cornyn’s Whip Team.

Before her election to the U.S. Senate, Fischer served in the Nebraska Unicameral, representing the 43rd Legislative District since 2004. 

Senator Fischer was born and raised in Lincoln, attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated with a degree in education. She and her husband, Bruce, have been married for over 40 years and own a ranching business near Valentine. They have three sons and three grandchildren.
