This is just a quick note to remind you to take action on the Lincoln City Budget.

Tomorrow, August 8th, the Lincoln City Council will have a hearing on the Mayor's proposed budget and changes by City Council members. The changes by Council members were done to avoid an increase in the city property tax levy.  We urge you to testify at the meeting and remind the City Council that you have been taxed enough already.  The hearing starts at 3:00pm.  

At the very least, please contact your City Council Members about your thoughts. They want to hear from you.  

The official vote on this ordinance is scheduled for Wednesday, August 10th.
