Dave Halvorsen is well acquainted with Lancaster County having been born and raised within 10 miles of Lincoln. Governing and budgeting experiences include serving as Chair of the Planning Committee, Chair of the Board of Adjustments and member of the Fire Dept. for the Village of Eagle. Since moving to Lincoln in 1994, Dave has served as chair of his church's finance committee, the SE Fire District Board and is a member of the Eagle State Bank's Board of Directors.
